For those that just can't live without speed, the Algarve waters are a great area for water skiing and jetsking especially with the great climate.

However, to practice either of these sports it is necessary to have authorization. Therefore specialized companies operate in certain controlled areas, mainly in Vilamoura, Portimão and Olhão Marina.
